Wachovia Sucks!

I love to go to SF Cons. They are a great place to relax and play and meet an eclectic group of friends - that often times you only see at Cons. I've listed the Cons that I am probably going to be going to this year.

DundraCon: February
This is one of the biggest Gaming conventions in the Bay Area. 2000+ attend. I usually go to this one for the LARPS and to see friends. A lot of (relatively) cheap fun at this one. No GoHs.

NorwesCon: April
Ok. I'm probably not going to be able to make this one.... but it was the very first SF Con I went to in 1990 and I always have a dream of going back. If you are up in the Seattle area. It is -definitely- worth it.

Confurence: April
This is a Furry Con where everyone pretends to be an anthropomorphic animal. I see a lot of friends that I spend time with online on various MU*s at this Con. Held in Southern CA.

BayCon: May
A major Literary SF Con in the Bay Area. I like to go to this one because of all the Writer GoHs. They also have a good set of room parties every year.

San Deigo Comic Con: August
I've never made it to this one yet, but I will someday. I think it will be a lot of fun from all the wacky stories at I keep hearing.

Silicon: November
Sometimes I make this one.... sometimes I don't. They usually don't have any GoHs but they do have a very, very nice Dealers' Room. That is worth checking out.
