Magician 1:
Knowledge and power are yours to take;
Use them wisely, for your desires they will make.
Reversed:
Knowledge and power are misused;
Indecision and destruction are all that ensues.

High Priestess 2:
A woman of inner beauty and inner sight,
surrounded by her inner light.
The female mind of inner thought
the artist, poet, mystic to be taught.
Events unnoticed, influences ungleaned,
days beyond past and present, still unseen.
Reversed:
Accept the surface knowledge that you see,
nothing deeper lies for thee.
Sensual pleasures are there for you,
Enjoy them as you wish to.

Empress 3:
Fertile fields in wealth and womb,
Hands in marriage, wife and groom.
Understanding, creative's boon.
Reversed:
Burned fields, nothing can be done.
Disrupted homes, destruction may come.

Emperor 4:
Leadership of the masses and control of the mind
Intelligence reigns free, the passions are bind
Reversed:
Beholden to parents, emotionally young,
Injury to body or household may come.

Heirophant 5:
Looking to the outer forms of religion,
Needing to conform to society's decision.
Reversed:
Be ye crackpot or inventor,
Openness to new ideas, do you venture,
But danger lies at superstition's center.

The Lovers 6:
A choice is there for you to make
The choice of profane love or love, for love's sake
The harmony of life, from within and outside,
The responsibility is yours, whatever you decide.

Choose carefully, once again,
Think out your path, see where it will end
Parents who love, but still step in,
Marriages gone wrong.
The children are in the middle again.

The Chariot 7:
Triumph against poverty, illness and foes,

Projects and desires, collapse and mold,
An unethical victory, you've been told,

A need for meditation is what we see,

Silent council, wisdom from above,
Meeting the seeker, the gray dove.

The path to win your goals, he will send.

Forever young although he's old,
Foolish vices are what he holds,
Refusal to hear the truth that's told.

The Wheel of Fortune 10:
Good fortune and success I see,
A turn of good luck for thee.

Fortune is fickle with highs and lows
But it is fair, you will reap as you have sown.

Justice 11:
A balanced personality and a balanced mind
All useless forms of education are left behind.

For cooking, science and chemistry.

Injustice and legal complications
bias, severity, no explanations.

The physical reigns strong,

What is imagined becomes material manifestation.

Competing interests reign wild,

Domination of matter over spirit,
Sensation divorced from understanding and merit.
Bondage to the material and violence; it's tragic,
There's revolution, effort, force and Black Magic.

Spiritual healing has begun,
Physical healing is to come,
Indecision plagues some.

Tower 16:
Old notions and ways of life,
Are overthrown with destruction and strife.
Unseen conflicts, unseen plight,
A destruction to come, may enlight.

Oppression and bondage are to come,
Selfish ambitions are undone,
But enlightenment blesses some.

Star 17:
Hope, courage and inspiration,
Good health, spiritual love, exaltation.
Unselfish aid is to come,
Final destruction has not won.

Stubbornness, depression and doubt,
Seek within and look without.

Moon 18:
Imagination, intuition and dreams for you,
But for one you love, bad luck may ensue.
Unseen perils, possible woes,

Broken engagement at happiness' cost.
Future plans clouded, losing your way,
Vigilance is needed to save the day.

Judgment 20:
Awakening, life's rebirth,
Universal understanding, personal worth.

Separation and disillusion,
Fear of life's final conclusion.
No happiness found in old age,
See to the body, one's vigilance engaged.

World 21:
Completion, reward, assured success,
Triumph in all, no distress,
Arrival at universal consciousness.
Reversed:
Earth bound spirit, stuck in place,
Life passes by at a frightened pace.
Fear of change and what's new,
Lessons unlearned, stubbornness so true.
